Are you asking about the panel behind the rear seats or some other panel? I have done this but need to review. Basically, as I recall, you unlock the rear seat using the key way located in the rear seat back, pull the rear seat bottom cushions by grasping them on their leading edge and jerking them firmly up and out of their clips. Once the rear seat bottom is removed the fasteners which allow one to remove the seat back are visible. Once the seat corner fasteners and the seat belt receivers are removed, one must pull the side interior moldings out as well. After all of this, the seat back will be free...I will review this tonight and edit. I apologize. I have done this several times when replacing/repairing the top's lines and pistons. Its an involved process especially pulling the side trim as I mentioned although you might not need to do this depending on why you want to remove the "back" assuming you are refering to the seat "back" and not the trim "back" located in the trunk/boot.
