In 1997+98 Saab NG900 throttle bodies had problems with corroded throttle plate shaft bushings causing throttle plate to stick, which caused loss of vehicle speed control. One can check that throttle plate snaps fully shut when black plastic lever is released quickly. This might be easier to do with cruise and gas pedal cables disconnected. I'm going to try replacing bushing 9185422 to see if it fixes this problem on my 900SE.
