Yes those 3 codes are for the DIC.
Also on the P0100 the MAF codes are just as common on the OG 9-3 as they are on the 9-5. Being P0100 and not P0101 I would check the plug and follow the harness back and make sure it's not damaged. If it all looks good I would just order a new MAF from ORIO. I think they are $135 or something as opposed to $250 or so they used to charge for them. And they really do slowly degrade over time and in the worse conditions can cause serious damage to your engine. Good Luck, Bernie
