Well I would only use genuine Bosch O2 sensors. Just make sure the fuse for the heater circuit is good. As far as the P0507 code I would start by making sure there are no vacuum leaks. Next I would check the throttle cable and make sure it is not too tight. If it is not allowing the throttle to close all the way you could get a high idle and it could also give you a TPS code which you have. The TPS code could also be caused by a faulty sensor or a wiring issue.
So check for vacuum leaks and make sure there is a little slack in the throttle cable when the throttle is closed. Then check codes again.
