I believe miso is right about the distributor/vacuum pump port plug. That plug is available from Hedin, 9135211, but the camshaft cover has to come off to replace it so you might as well get the gasket set for that. I believe you might also need a Torx security screwdriver bit with a hollow center to remove the plug bracket, but I’m not certain that type of screw is used on all years.
GenuineSaab has a nice replacement plug that goes in from the outside and seals with an o-ring so you don’t need to remove the camshaft cover if a leak develops in the future, just replace the o-ring. You can get their plug with a Griffin machined into it for a nice appearance. I have seen people seal that plug by cleaning off the oil and then using some RTV silicone, but that fix is definitely for those not concerned about appearance. But it saves removing the camshaft cover if you are in a hurry and on a tight budget.
