Listen to Jimmy it most likely is an air leak. I have had few brake boosters leaking cause this as well. I made a plug to install in the intake so that no vacuum is provided to the booster. Fine for sitting there idling to test air deviation or O2 readings. DO NOT drive this way, the brakes will be almost non existant. Good Luck, Bernie
