REM below beat me and posted a link to the b4 and after pics. Eric Burr seems to have done the job as well. I suggest metal removal up as far as you can get. I suspect the Eric was limited by the lenght of his (pardon me) tool ;). I used flex shaft, which allowed me to get a sanding drum up much higher. If you search on other posts by myself, you will also see where I am intending to do further work by cutting the beast into 2 or 3 sections, grinding, then coupling it back to gether again with rubber or hose and clamps. Not done yet, so that is about all that I can say about that stage two modification. Remember when posting to refer to the part as the throttle body transition casting. Don't say throttle body, as I cringe thinking about someone grinding that open.
