No big deal, just change like you always do. You might give the draining a bit longer to complete. When the fitler is off, after drips for a long time, air will reach some point which then brakes a vacumm lock, and allows much more oil to drain, and the flow will increase a lot for a while then finally stop. Drain sump, replace plug, drain filter for a while, go back to the sump.

Heat helps the draining, but burns are possible. A crankcase flush agent added to the oil also makes draining rapid.

The slope from drive up ramps also aids oil draining.

But some mineral oil in your synthetic is harmless and unavoidable.
