The hose to the windshield washer jets may be kinked. The hose to the windshield washers connects to a plastic fitting on the vehicle left side in the plastic cowl piece that covers the cabin filter.
Or by coincidence, the check valves on the windshield washers jets may have started to stick. If it is the check valves, I would expect that only the windshield washer jet on one side would stop working. So if both windshield washer jets have stopped working it is probably the hose connecton at the plastic cowl piece.
