Stongard (http://www.stongard.com) is an OK setup - it's clear, so it blends pretty well, and it won't mess up your paint as much as a regular bra. All of these solutions have benefits and drawbacks... Bra's scratch if used while the car has any grit on it - also, if they don't fit perfectly, they'll flap around and scratch... they can't be worn for very long, and you should wax the covered areas and don't leave your car in the sun for long periods of time, as the paint will fade differently on covered/noncovered areas...
If you drive many miles in a place where road rash is common, Stongard is a nice option... It let's UV through as well... If you only need protection on occassion, get a decent bra and remove it when not needed.
Good luck,
-Dan
