Are your Koni's adjustable? If so, have your shop adjust them to a softer setting and test the ride again for a week.
If not, before you remove the springs, try it with the stock shocks. The springs mainly hold the body tighter whereas the shocks absorb (hence the name) the impact. If you're still unhappy, talk to you shop about adjustable shocks that will soften your ride.
Did you change tire profile too. The lower the profile the harsher the ride.
Before you get all depressed about this talk to your shop and/or whoever sold you the sets about improving your concerns. I've heard that KYB aren't as good as others (Eibach, Norsport, Abbott) but that's individuals opinions. I've found KYB fine with the right set up.
