Serpentine Belt replacement?

My top idler pulley went out last night, I've got the parts (pulley & belt) but looking at the pattern of the belt it looks like it will be a real pain to put on. Does anyone have any tips on putting the belt on? I'm aware of the hardware that comes with the new pulley & I will probably use the old bolt. Its freezing outside and any help to save me just one minute will be appreciated.
Thanks
