The biggest pain is getting the circlip off the end of the wastegate arm. Shorten the wastegate arm (turn the locking screw inwards) followed by the locking arm to increase the boost. Clamp the arm where it goes into the wastegate actuator itself with a pair of visegrips so it doesn't turn freely and wreck the diaphram. I've heard something like one turn = .5 psi but don't quote me on that... Also don't crank it too far or you're in for a surprise... The stock Trionic box KNOWS what the boost is (via the MAP sensor) so it will dial the boost back down to compensate for increased base boost. To "fix" this you need a Trionic software upgrade via Abbott/Nordic/BSR or one of those tuners...
And make sure you work on a COLD engine or you're gonna need Nomex gloves to even get near the turbo.
