Burn Holes... UGH

Help! I have cigarette burn holes (No, I don't smoke, they were there when I bought the car) in the felt inserts on the front doors of my '95 900S Convertible. The tan felt/velour/whatever looks bad.
Any idea on how to fix? Can I just replace the fabric inserts? I can't find fabric at any fabric stores that even comes close to the color.
Thanks in advance!!
Michael B.
