If these are 3 wire units, you can probably get generic ones and cut and splice them into the old leads. Cost was 64 US$ each. Bosch PN 13913
I replaced mine with 108000 miles on a 95SET. I did this for preventative maintenance. This way I could do an economical replacement at my own schedule, instead of the big bucks at a time that I might not be able to control.
I did not see any difference in performance or fuel economy. So I assume the original unit was working fine. Only one sensor on my vehicle.
The three wire units a known to have a long lifetime. This is because they have internal electrical heaters which keep them cleaner, and get the emissions under control much sooner, which keeps them cleaner too. The two wire units are known to have lesser lifetimes.
If your vehicle is running well and you are getting decent mileage, I would not replace them. An emissions problem might drive your need to change them. You can also monitor the color of the front bank of spark plugs to monitor in-cylinder conditions.
I would not replace the sensors until other actions werer taken, such as cleaning the injectors and replacing the spark plugs.
There seems to very few reports of problems traced to the O2 sensors, and there are many vehicles with more miles than yours.
Are you in Canada? $600 CDN?
