The engine will probably be fine.
You will need a gasket. Perhaps a new drain bolt copper washer if the old one is getting tired.
I would check into having the oil pan welded if it is a simple puncture. If it is also stoved in badly, you will need a new one. There are some sponsor sites for this BB that sell used parts. But they might want to keep pans to protect their used engines.
When the pan is removed, the bott0m end should be searched for chunks of metal or rock. Small bits will wash out with oil changes. You might consider flushing the engine with some dyno oil right away, then put in your regular oil and then change the filter.
You will have to lower or remove the exhaust system to remove the oil pan. This may require that you remove the O2 sensors, or remove the leads, which ever seems like less of a pain. The Haynes manual talks about supporting the engine etc. Hopefully that is bogus, they do specify some things like that which are totally wrong.
