Interesting question. I just recently replaced the part myself. Here is my story if your interested. The first dealer I called said they were not sold separately they only come with the blade arm at 20 something a piece (over $40 total). I then called a junk yard who said he had the pieces but that he doesn't allow scavenging for parts and that $100 is his minimum order (over $100). Now if your reading along I am sure your as dejected as I was. I mean this is a .10 plastic part. Finally, out of desperation I called another dealer in town who said that the first dealer was wrong and that you can get the part separately at like $5 for the pair. Moveover, he commented that they are a common repair part that he keeps in stock.
So what is the moral of the story. Either the first dealer is incompetent or dishonest. It may have been an oversight but I will never go back. Overall, they wanted me to buy $40 dollars worth of stuff that I didn't need or want. Anyway you CAN get the part seperately even though some dealers don't like to sell them to you it seems.
Tim
