WHOOOOO!
Pull the tensioner for the timing chain back out and reset it.
I suspect its too tight.
Install in this manner.
1>remove the center 12mm plug, spring, and little plastic pin.
2>Push the plunger ALL THE WAY IN. You have to lift up on the small spring loaded lock on the very end.
>Insert the main tensioner and tighten it into the head.
>NOW insert the spring, sleeve, and 12mm plug and tighten it.
The tensioner will self adjust.
The tensioner WILL NOT back up on its adjustment ...once it has moved forward.
DONT run the motor till you get this checked as it will grind down the guides and rails as well as stress the chain and gears!
