Unfortunately, I bought my '94 900 SE from Intenational Motors. For years we have had to fight for any kind of customer service from this dealer. We have had ongoing AC problems which included the $1,300 evaporator job. Every year (at least) for the past three or four the AC system has lost all its freon. The dealer cannot get it right and refuses to back its work.

Recently went back in for the annual "where is my freon" question and they want to charge for the recarge/diagnosis and refuse to warranty the most recently replaced part because it was about 10 days outside the 12 month warranty. Given the constant issues we have had and their lack of competence to properly fix this particular problem, I expect a little more.

If you are looking to buy a Saab from International Motors just understand that customer service is a foreign word and unfortunately it is not Swedish.
