The fronts were lowered about 0.75 inches and the spring rate is about 20-25% stiffer. The rears lowered about2 inches and the rate is about 40-50% stiffer. Both according to my calculations. The rear are progressively wound so the rate changes as the spring is compressed
The front and rear arches are the same height off the ground. The rear does look a little low, others might not have this situation. The rear can be raised I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
Ride: with the koni sport shocks, the ride is fine to me. I'm in Detroit so the roads are far from pristine. The ride is stiffer (obviously) but the CD changer doesn't seem to skip any more than with the stock springs. I haven't taken it around the track, but in my daily driving I get to push it some. The increase in rear rate really helps keep the car more neutral than with the stock springs. If I were to really increase the rebound on the rear dampers I might even create a little bit of oversteer.
The best bet ( I know this is tough) is to get a ride with someone that has the set-up you are interested in.
The price was pretty good, compared to the other options.
Any more questions, just e-mail me.
