I recently was quoted a price for rear shocks, lost my order number so when I submitted another request they wrote back stating that they can only sell them in sets of 4. I explained to him that someone quoted me a price for 2 and he emailed back stating "we don't get too excited about 2 shocks, we could fill it if you want but we wouldn't make any money thats why we sell in sets of 4" What kind of customer service is that? Did I not want to order 2 shocks in the first place? I find them to be very rude almost like the customer is some kind of nuisance. They should not advertise "lowest prices and we'll match any competitor's price" I'll take my business elsewhere.
