Saab sport exhaust system is about $425USD dealer price. This stainless steel exhaust goes from the flex pipe that is attached to the catalytic convertor to the rear of the car.
Flex pipe is about $125USD dealer price. The flex pipe is a a short length odf flexible exhaust pipe covered with a braid stel mesh. There is a flex pipe that is installed immediately after the catalytic convertor and before the rest of the exhaust system.
So that is $550USD for parts, not including new hangers and clamps. Add a couple hours labor and $725USD is not out of line for a dealer to charge.
An independent mechanic could probably get some of the parts for less and the labor is usually less per hour, so there might be $100-$150USD savings.
