Make your engine compartment shine!

A friend suggested using a tire foam to clean the engine compartment. I degreased the engine first with simple green and then applied the tire foam. All the hoses now look new and the whole compartment really shines nicely! I'm thinking of removing the DI cassette and repainting it with High Temp paint, not sure which color I want though, has anyone else done this?
