Thanks for all the info on getting the wheel covers on my cheapo steel rims from tirerack.com (not they the company is cheap, reference to style of wheel). Anyway, I went to WalMart last night and bought a set of 15" covers made by a company called Rally. I thought they were going to be $20, but they ended up at $12.96. They have this wierd looking chrome finish, but for three months display I was not arguing. My intent was to zip-tie them on as the posts suggested, but much to my surprise they clipped in rock solid. I tugged on them a bit and could not get them loose! They also come with a wire hoop to make sure they fit snugly. I put them on in the dark last night, so I am also thinking about zip-tieing them as well as a back-up. Just thought in case anybody was looking for them, it seemed this was a a cheaper route to go and less expensive then the tirerack.com ones that didn't fit their own rims!
