You don't say what model year your car is but if it's a 1994 (of maybe early 1995) then they only had a single horn. Look between the front grille and the radiator and you'll see the horn. There are just two wires going to it so you could easily change it for an aftermarket horn (or the official Saab dual horn).
Don't worry about affecting the alarm sound... The alarm has a SEPARATE dedicated horn that is buried in the fender well near the drivers door.
