I meant that if at 65K service they noticed that the tensioner and pulleys was bad and replaced it. You see, the dealer don't replace a part if it's not bad at the time even if they know it's a new and updated part out there. The reason for that is politics.
The mechanic have to answer to his foreman why this part should be replaced and the foreman have to answer to his boss why this part have to be replaced and so on.
As an independant shop we have more freedom to tell the customer what's out there and have them agree on that it could be a good thing to replace it now instead of after it have broken.
If 95K is not done in your case, you need that in one or another way. Since it includes all the filters and fluids and sparkplugs + the timingbelt.
