I don't believe so. The turbo engine does not.
There is a nylon 'tee' inserted into the valve cover, top, RH side, rear corner. It has a small hose going to the throttle body where there is a drilled orifice. While at idle and low throttle gasses from the crankcase blowby will be drawn in there. At other conditions, the gasses will flow out the larger tube into the engine intake.
If you try to take the hoses off of the nylon fitting, you may find that it has become embrittled by heat and contamination. Yes they break, but not usually if left alone. You may find that the larger hose has swelled from the vapors and is not fitting snuggly. A nylon tie wrap will provide some peace of mind.
The NA engine has a smog air pump in the LH fender that runs for a while during engine warm up. The turbo engine does not.
