Thanks for the feedback. The vibration is coming back everyday since my initial post. Only at idle though. I had the AC on quite a bit yesterday with the rain and fog outside. As of know, the vibration goes away if I press down on the gas. This leads me to believe it has something to do with the belt or idler pulleys.
Let me know how your serp belt change turns out....
