Hey David!
Since it seems like your going for the whole suspension extravaganza, you may want to get new strut mounts. You don't need them (your Bilsteins shoulf fit fine in the current mounts), but Saab mounts do not have a reputation for longevity. KYB mounts (better than OEM) are available at tirerack.com for cheap. You'll save on labor too, since it's all in the same area. Call for availability (U.S. company).
As for me, I'm thinking about the Bilstein touring model since I drive on the god-forsaken piece of sh_t Washington DC roads. HDs would probabaly shake my car apart. The world's "most" powerful city has the worst damned roads.
If you want a slot car, consider the Viggen Rescue Kit at abbottracing.com. Poly bushings would definitely crispen steering response. Sway bar wise, I hear SAS is the way to go, and the abbott sway bar is not as effective.
BTW, you or anyone are selling 16" open-lug viking wheels in good condition, I'm interested.
