P1171 stands for closed loop, lean mixture.
This is one of the codes that can be generated from a whole bunch of things that is included in the fuel mixture scenario. MAP sensor,O2 sensor, vacuum leaks, FPR, injectors and so on.
It is impossible to find the problem by just reading the fault code. All this different sensors needs to be checked and declared not at fault one by one.
It could be as easy as a broken vacuum hose.
