95 900se turbo conv 2.o 90k miles
My brand new front rotors (german made) got warped 1000 miles after installation (DIY). I assumed the newly installed PBR brakes were the reason.
Had the rotors machined ($6 each) and installed Dan-Block pads instead. Everythings is working fairly well.
I will stay away from the PBR pads and stick to dan-blocks. It was surprising how quickly the new rotors got warped. Its also possibly that they got hot and were splashed with water and that the PBRs were not the reason.
Point being , even the brand new , high quality rotors get warped.
