I double checked your connections with the schematics in the "Remote control theft alarm" service manual for model year '95 and later NG900's (I don't know if this holds true for 9-3's or not, I don't have that manual)
Basically, it all looks good!
Pin #8 goes to the starter motor... You're directly connecting this to pin #20 which is coming from the ignition switch when it's in the "start" position.
Pin #9 goes to the relay for the fuel pump... You're directly connecting this to pin #21 coming from the Trionic box which is it's own form of fuel system control. Basically it will supply voltage when the car is running so the fuel pump will run.
Pin #10 goes to the fuse box and receives power when the ignition is in the start or run positions. This supplies power to the Trionic box on pin #22 so that it will run.
Basically, this WILL safely bypass the alarm system on NG900's from '95 to '98 at least. '94 had a slightly different alarm system and 9-3's might differ also.
