FYI...Changing Flat Tire

It started out as one of those days....
Running late trying to meet an appointment.
Flat tire. Jacked it up. Took wheel off and went to take out spare from trunk when the car moved forward ever so slightly tipping the car off the jack. I wanted to kill and cry.
No one to blame but myself. I know, call it stupidity. After checking why this could've happened. I didn't pull the parking brake up to the last click, I didn't have the tranny in gear!! I didn't have the spare out under the car just in case of slippage. USER ERROR!!! don't let this happen to you.
