Hi,
For the money, a SAS (Swedish Auto Specialties) rear sway bar is a good addition and an easy install. It significantly reduces body roll and understeer. It's listed as $125, plus shipping.
If you search the board, I think you will find some people had trouble with aftermarket springs and stock shocks. I'd check that out before you jump for just new springs. Adding high performance shocks to stock springs seems to work, on the other hand.
If you do decide to go for springs, get a few quotes. shox.com seems to have good prices, and I'm sure you can use them as a guideline/bargaining point with other distributers.
I guess you need to prioritize what you want out of the handling, and what your local road conditions warrant in terms of wheels, tires and springs.
Best,
Lutfisk
