Leaky power steering hose?

Hi All,
on my 97 900 S, there seems to be a thin (maybe 1/2" dia) black rubber hose that runs vertically just behind the radiator, on the right side (passenger) of the car. It terminates into a steel hose, on the bottom. It appears to be a power steering hose, as it seems to lead from the resevoir to the PS pump.
So, there is a slow leak on this hose.
Can I try to fix it myself, or is it better to have a shop do it since it is power steering, and I may need to bleed the system, etc?
Phillip
