I have that exact problem I think. Car would ONLY misfire if REALLY warmed up and then only seemed to do it if I was on the highway and accelerating and got into the boost. DI cassette replacement didn't fix the problem for me unfortunately. :(
Of course it's been super cold here in Toronto lately so it takes a LOT of work to get the car THAT warm and my mechanic can only intermittantly get the symptom to reoccur.
Mechanic had the car all weekend. I'm hoping he found the problem or drove the car into a tree.
