I bought my car from them for pretty much top dollar. The car came with a 60 day bumper to bumper warranty only (1995 SET bought in late 2000). I made a list of small problems with the car and they made a good effort to address each one. But, much of the stuff should have been taken care of long before I even test drove the vehicle (SID lights out etc). They also did a head gasket on my old 89 9000 CD turbo. They did a good job, but it wasn't cheap. I think they charge premium prices for their cars, but you get some support from them in the form of a warranty. If you are buying a new car with a factory warranty, I would suggest buying on the private market. I have not had them do any work on the car since the 60 days were up because they are to far away. I have only had worse experiences with other mechanics in NJ and elsewhere. Now, I do all work myself. Roberti has grown into something pretty big, so they must be doing something right...even if it is only being better than the worst.
