This project is VERY easy, once the wheels are off, it's only five or so bolts. The rotor screw may be a torx, order a new one when you order the other parts, watch other posts for warnings about stripping this small screw on removal and installation.
If you can, remove both wheels, then, just pop off one spring, leaving the other side on so that you can see how it is re-installed. It looks like a giant paper clip, unwound and bent a bit to hold some tension on the pads, like 4 inches long, you'll see, it's nothing to worry about.
The wrench is just a regular pliers like you would use on a pipe, you know, with the angle and they adjust to be wide open. check out craftsman.com or snapon.com if you're unsure, they will have a picture.
The "breaker bar" is just like a ratchet, a bit longer, but it doesn't rotate, its used to loosen tough bolts, along with the usual assembly of drive bits, you don't need one, but you do need a ratchet.
Good luck.
