With your mileage I would seriously consider replacing the pulleys!
Somewhere in the archives I once found a detailed, step by step pictoral description of how to do the serpentine belt it included everything including wrench sizes - I used it to do mine and the job was EASY!! - I looked just now but couldn't find it - I have a hard copy with the URL somewhere at home I'll try to find it and will post the URL.
Someone else may know the web address . . .
Anyway - go ahead, do the job yourself - no more than a couple of hours the first time - significantly less after that. Replace the center and top idler pullies OR use the short belt modification and bypass the center pulley and just replace the top idler pulley. Under $50 if you do it yourself.
I got the pulley from eEuroparts and the belt at a local autoparts store (ordered the wrong one from eEuroparts :-(
Remember to chock the vehicle and ALWAYS use jack stands when you take off the front wheel.
