Shamefully high idle in Park & Neutral...

I have a 1995 900S with 83k. After a drive, I put the car in Park (duh). Within a few seconds, the idle rises to approximately 2000 RPM. I can hear it as well as see it on the tach. If I put it in Reverse, the idle drops to normal. In Neutral, it rises back to ~2000 RPM again. Then in Drive, it drops to normal. Back to Park or Neautral, back up to ~2000. If I hit the gas, it revvs higher, then falls back to 2000 when I let off. So yes, I am consistently turning the car off while it is revving at 2000 RPM. Bad bad bad. I just had the throttle body cleaned after I had asked my local Saab dealer (Saab of South Bay in the Los Angeles area) to clean the Idle Air Control Valve... I was told that the throttle body and the IAC are the same thing...!?!?!?!? Please advise, Saab Brethren.
