This is a great setup, as the Saab/Thule laod bars go on and off the roof really easily. I have 2 older model (non-VeloVise) fork mount trays, with 2 rarely-used front wheel holders on the rear bar, and a highly modified but rarely used SportRack upright mount bike tray centrally mounted.
I also have a Thule fairing that I modified with longer support struts to position the rubber strip on the windshield instead of the roof. I also added another 4-5" Lexan extender to the top of the fairing to get the air over the racks.
When I remove my roof racks, I take the whole setup off as 1 (3 trays, fairing, wheelholders, and 2 load bars all at once). Takes about 2 minutes. Just put a towel down on the passenger side of the roof and lower the setup down from the driver's side (or get someone to help you).
Best of luck - JMJ
