Dyno Day!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday, and a healthy, happy New Year!
It's that time again! Time for that cool air to blow over our turbos and get the most boost we can muster!
I just got off the phone with "Larry Jr." of HP Works in Colonial Beach, and he and I are working towards having a Dyno Day event.
Last year I had 10 people sign up, but only 4 showed. Embarassing to say the least. Especially if HP Works was expecting a certain amount of revenue... They were great and quite accommodating, but here's what we need to make it happen this year:
1. Commitment for 9 or 10 cars. No more, NO LESS.
2. To do so, I'll need payment up front -- $75 gets you three pulls with a wide-band O2 sensor for the most accurate results.
As soon as we get 9 participants, we'll schedule a date. If we have more than 10, we'll have to split it into two weekends.
So, who's ready? I know I am! Great fun, and you'll get to see some VERY cool project cars Larry Sr. and Jr. are working on at their shop. For example: a twin supercharged Chevy pickup; A '40's era Packard with a twin turbocharged BMW V12 from a 750iL; a Hudson Hornet convertible with a Corvette LS1, and a whole lot more!
C'mon guys! Lets have a great turnout this year!
Jim Miller, WASSAAB
