Klasse All-In-One Follow-Up Posted by Ken [Email] (#2113) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Ken) on Wed, 16 Jul 2003 17:03:49 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
A couple of weeks I posted that I was going to try Klasse. What with vacation and all, I finally got to it. I washed it first, applied peanut oil to the black trim, used the Clay Magic clay bar on paint, rinsed carefully, and then applied both the Klasse All-In-One and the Klasse sealant glaze. Whole process took me approx 3 hours, probably will go faster in future with practice since this was my first time doing any of these things.
My car looks great, and feels even better. I csnnot believe how smooth the clay bar makes it.
My car is a silver green metallic, and while I am pleased with the results, I suspect darker cars would be even more positively impacted by this process. I think silver, beige etc metallic cars tend not to show as much dirt, which is good, but they also are more limited in how glossy and shiny they look when detailed.
Nonetheless, I am pleased with the ease of the entire process, and hope that the shine truly does last a year, as promised on the sealant glaze bottle, with bi-weekly washings. Thanks to all on this board for steering me to these products, I'd recommend same for anyone who is not totally obsessive about their car but do want it to generally look pretty darned good.
