called Clearkote Quick Shine. Personally, I don't care for Clearkote's products but I've been told their Quick Shine is awesome. It should do exactly what you want it to.

Actually most any QD will do the job you're asking it to. I've used Meguiar's Final Inspection, Meguiar's Quik Detailer, Eagle One Wet Wipe & shine, Mothers Showtime, Platinum Gloss Enhancer, and Zaino Z-7 all with great results. Zaino Z-7 is the best of the lot but really works best with the Zaino product system. I would never use it apart from its associated products, too expensive.

Clearkote is a very small family run business so you won't find it in stores. They mostly sell their products at car shows around Texas and Oklahoma. See the attached link.
