Do an internet search for 3M™ Automotive Attachment Tapes(two-sided tape), which can be bought at any automotive supply store, specifically one who sells body shop supplies.
I would peal off the old tape, then clean with rubbing alcohol, then apply two strips of new tape to the back of the molding.
Take some 3/4" masking tape and run a guide line from the molding on the fender to the molding on the quarter panel, using the bottom edge for your guide> pictured below. Peal a few inches of the protective plastic off at a time as you re-apply the molding.
Another option, instead of having to buy a 75 foot roll of tape(which you will only need a few foot of), is to take it to a body shop and have them re-tape it for you.
