A new single edge razor blade should be fine. DMV uses a razor scraper to remove expired emissions stickers from the inside of the windshields in CT. You could also use a solvent like acetone, or goop (A paint mistake fixer sold in hardware stores in small cans.) These will not hurt the glass but dont spill any on the dash. Protect it with something.
