Got the dreaded white wax residue on the black trim of my black 2007, 9.3 convertible. (I forgot to warn the shop that waxed it.) Thanks to this detailing bulletin board I was able to remove it. First tried WD-40. It did OK, but after 3 coats there still was residue. Then tried the peanut oil. Seems to have worked. I will know how well after I wash it and see how it weathers.
