Lo! The tragedy of attention and adrenaline junkies who lack the talent and drive to actually accomplish anything. The problem is not their extreme dislike of SUV's. (who can blame them!) The problem is their lack of ability to do outdo a band of crack-addicts in expressing their views.

One part of it is the self-assurance that one is aware of the fundamental f_'d upness of the world when others don't see it and the simultaneous need to express this observation. Many artists, authors, musicians and provocateurs have expressed the destructive sentiment these guys espouse, only with more inspiringly and with more creativity. Everyone from Pablo Picasso to Joseph Conrad to Martin Scorsese to Rage Against the Machine to Chuck Palahniuk to the Wachowski Bros. used actual talent, vision, drive, all that stuff, often to say some pretty disturbing sh!t. Its not because they're hand-wringing complacent dullards that they refrained from torching stuff - they just have more interesting things to do with their opinions.

The other side of it is a need for the 'rush'.People from 'x gamers' to paramedics to soldiers take huge thrilling risks, only they engage in tasks requiring actual guts, nerve and dedication. Simply destroying other people's stuff is what these spastic kids do for attention because they don't have the b@lls to actually risk anything for themsleves.

These people are just losers.
