My wife drove her convertible Saab home one evening, it was cold out so she turned on the defroster. Parked it in our garage for the night. Everything was fine. Opened the garage the next morning and the window was completely shattered. Not a hole in the window or anything, structure of window had not been affected, we checked and nothing had fallen on it over night. Spontaneous shatter? We have heard from a few others that this has happended before, one stating it was a manufacturer's defect. Any evidence or history to this? How to I get the dealer to pay for it?
