I to live in RI and bought my car at Wigawam, the first couple times I brought it in they were nice, but the few times after that they overcharged me from their quote and told me that if I didn't plan to come back (because of this), please let them know so that they could take me out of their computer since I was wasting space! Tried South Kingston Saab and they too lied when they scratched my car, after several trips and getting the owner involved, they resprayed the area. Now I'm thinking about going up to Charles River Saabm they seem to care about their customers and know that Saab owners love their cars:)
